It was fun. Yeah. It was fun, San Fransokyo was nice to look at, the characters were great, it was really hard to not like Baymax, and I’m pretty sure I saw a Stan Lee cameo. The whole time, though, I couldn’t get over how tall Honey Lemon was. Speaking of Honey Lemon she was adorable, I like GoGo in her street clothes better than her armor. Wasabi’s armor/power thing was kinda cool, though I kept worrying he’d vaporize his hands. And Fred… living the dream…
I do admit, I know nothing about the original Big Hero 6 comic, but it was really nice to have a fun, somewhat lighthearted superhero movie after all the angsty drama the MCU dishes out. although now I really wanna see fanart of Baymax and Groot
Trailers… There was one for Dreamworks Home, and Penguins of Madagascar. I don’t know how I feel about either of them. Then Pixar’s Inside Out… Joy reminds me of Pearl from Steven Universe for some reason. And then there was one for Night at the Museum…

Anxious
There’s no other way to describe it. I’m anxious about the coming summer. I’m anxious about going here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_Anne%27s_Shrine next month.
See, we went to the shrine with my mom’s siblings and their families for my Meme’s birthday as she would have been 100 were she still alive. However, the very same day my brother’s in-laws place caught fire (no one was hurt, they were able to save a few pets but also lost some as well). Then, about a month later, dad died.

Hows life
Given my last (real) journal had some pretty bad news, figured I’d give a proper update.
We’re doing about as well as to be expected. Last I heard (and understand) Mom’s going to be okay financially. We’ve been having some work done on the house, which leaves me with mixed feelings. It looks very little like my childhood home now, but it’s also putting distance between us and that night. They were planning on going on a cruise at the end of the month, Mom’s still going, but she’s taking a friend of the family with her. (I told them that I’d only be uber jelly if it was a Disney cruise.)
